How do I get a username and password for my.cjfallon.ie?

I created an account for my.cjfallon.ie but I cannot get access?

When registering, the website would have sent an email, to the email address you used, which contained an account activation link. Has this link been clicked? If not, please click on this link to activate your account and you should have no further problems accessing mycjfallon. If you cannot find this email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

I have an account for my.cjfallon.ie but I cannot remember my username and/or password?

To request your access details from the website, go to the following web page http://my.cjfallon.ie/login/forgotpassword and input your username and email address. If you’ve forgotten both, go to the following address http://my.cjfallon.ie/login/forgotusername and input your email address. The website will then send details to the email address you submit, if this mail does not reach your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

I no longer have access to my books online?

Our online books (using the viewinside feature) are being replaced, and being made available 'offline' through our myCJFallonReader app. If full access to a title is required, simply click here to create your own personal myCJFallonReader account, or contact your CJ Fallon Sales Representative.

You can continue to access http://my.cjfallon.ie with your existing username and password. Consolidation of login credentials is planned, but not in the immediate future.

The posters have a CJ Fallon logo blocking the image?

It may be that you are viewing the documents in an application other than Adobe Acrobat Reader. To view the posters properly you need to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, and set as your default PDF viewing application. To ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed, please visit the following web address http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

If this does not work, and you are sure that you have Acrobat Reader installed, download the poster to your desktop and right clik the icon and open with Acrobat.

When opening the interactives I get a blank screen?

To view the interactives properly you need to have a copy of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. This extension is free, easy to install and available at the following web address http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. After installing Flash, you may need to refresh your browser … while viewing the ‘blank’ interactive, press the F5 key.

When viewing the interactive I have to scroll up and down to see the full image?

The interactives are designed to fit within a maximised browser window. If you have additional toolbars visible, they can be hidden easily by pressing the F11 key. If this does not work, right click the toolbar and select ‘Auto-hide’.

The website doesn’t recognise my School Roll Number?

If this is the case, simply email us the school name, address and the roll number and we will ensure that it’s added to our database.

Is it okay to have more than one user for an account on my.cjfallon.ie?

It is free to set up an account and we recommend one unique account per teacher.   If you have multiple users for one account, it will not be possible for individual teachers to create a personal ‘My Favourites’ list.

Please also note that is not possible to use an email address with more than one account – please use a unique email for each new account.

Are the Quest Web Links still available?

Yes, the Quest Web Links are available.  To find them, select the Quest Book Series title from the ‘Book Series’ filter (e.g. Science Quest) and then ‘Web Links’ in the Resource Type filter.

Where can I access Wonderland resources?

Wonderland resources are accessible either by using the search filters or by going straight to http://wonderland.cjfallon.ie/

Page Unresponsive using Google's Chrome Browser

It appears that some users of Chrome are encountering this problem. It is likely to be a local issue on your computer, whereby your browser's user profile may be corrupt and needs to be replaced. In order to do so, instructions are available at the following web link:
